In bronchial cancers, CYFRA 21-1 test positivity has a high rate of 85% compared to other markers such as CEA and SCC. Considering the role of tumor markers in the differentiation of malignant pleural effusions from benign ones, Cyfra 21-1 and Ca 15-3 We see that . has the highest sensitivity and specificity.
