Laboratory Services

Laboratory is an environment that allows medical research, experiments and measurements to be carried out in a controlled manner and to develop these medical researches, experiments and controlled measurements. Laboratory areas have entered many sectors today, many substances used in health, food and industry are also tested. Scientific and medical research laboratories can be found in schools and universities, the private healthcare sector, industrial, government and military research facilities, ships, and even space shuttles. While laboratories can be designed so that only one person can work, there are also laboratories in the size and order that dozens of science and health workers can work at the same time. Our laboratory unit has international accreditation.

The rapid change in the world affects all areas of life as well as laboratory medicine. In these days when we live in the information age, we see the rapid progress in technology in laboratory technology.

Whereas in traditional laboratories, there are instruments with a small number of test contents, today there are modern laboratory instruments with high sensitivity and reproducibility with a wide range of test contents. In this rapid development process, laboratory tests should also help diagnosis accurately, reliably, quickly and economically.

Today, the importance of the laboratory in clinical diagnosis has increased considerably compared to the past, and approximately 70% of the diagnosis of all diseases is made through laboratory results. The most basic function of clinical laboratories is to give accurate results. Physicians want a laboratory to be reliable, to keep up with the times, to make the analysis meticulous and accurate, and to have a high sensitivity of the test. Laboratories, on the other hand, should be aware of the need to control all analysis phases, from sampling to providing error-free and quality test results to the patient, for the reliability of the results, and should provide quality test results. Otherwise, the doctors who diagnose this situation and the patients who are directly affected by the result will suffer.

Thanks to its technical infrastructure, Istanbul Laboratory also shares medical or industrial reference laboratory services with the entire health sector. We also provide contract laboratory services to the entire health sector.

In accordance with our Quality Standards; In our laboratory, all kinds of examinations can be performed at the highest level, even more reliably and accurately. With international quality control programs, tests are constantly kept in our laboratories. Calibration and controls are constantly repeated.
